Hello I have been trying to concieve since a year. I have been on induced cycle ever since. This cycle my gynae asked me to go for IUI, which i did. I am on duphaston now and she has asked me not to do strenuous activities or exercises. Due to corona issue, our maid is not coming and all household chores are now my responsibility. Now i can do all those chores where i have to stand continuously like cooking and cleaning dishes. But Is it advisable to do all those activities like mopping, sweeping, etc coz i have to bent a lot and my abdomen n lower back hurts. Pls advice.
