Mam/sir BACK PAIN ON YESTERDAY, HAVE TAKEN PAIN KILLER,AND TENDOCARE WHAT MEDICINE TO BE USE OR OTHER

I took hmg ip injection75 and HGG 5k injection . IUI is done on 30th June /18days back and 2days back checkd UPT negative I haven't got my periods yet & today dark brown dried discharged once what is the reason for this ? I m using sustan 200 tables shall I continue or not?? I m having continuous headache

Post delivery i got my periods back after 6months. And now my period is extremely irregular. Its the third time in a month i got my period. Jst after 7days post last period i got periods again. Heavy to moderately heavy bleeding in initial days which reduces gradually and last 6days

Hi, I am on letrozole for this cycle. We are trying for a baby since one and half year. Today was my 9th day and my USG readings were follicle size 17.5 and endometrium size 4.4. Usually my follicle.doesnt rupture on its own.Kindly advice at what size (follicle, endometrium) should i take an hcg trigger shot this cycle for rupture and for conceiving. And what are the ideal follicle and endometrium size for conceiving.

I have been experiencing slight pain while urinating since yesterday and i am expecting my next periods in 11 days, also I am planning for a baby as well and i was prescribed to take folvite 5mg tablet and its been 10days since i have been taking. Hello, I've been under medication for gall stones. Also, since last months my clitorius has been paining a lot. Now I can feel a very tiny ball or may be pimple size in my clitorius. It is not visible outside. It is inside. No colour change. It's plain skin from outside. It keeps paining most of the time. I cannot even go to doctor because of the pandemic. Please help me 🙏🏻
