My fiance didn't get periods this month. she is already late by week. Please suggest something to get periods in a day

I had my first IUI on last Saturday. HCG trigger was also given the same day.. I had severe pain on left side on Sunday. ( I think I ovulated next day after IUI) today is 6 days past IUI . I'm having period like cramping in lower abdomen on and off . What should I do ? I'm not feeling well.. I had constipation for two days and yesterday night I went to toilet after my food and taking medicines I vomited a lot...now I'm having mood swings, is this all ok ? What happens if body is too weak ? All I want is some good rest but I can't take rest .. this is making me even more frustrated.

She is adenomyosis patient with age 27 . Endometrial thickness of 7 mm and in the last 6months it is increased to 9mm. Will this affect the pergency. What will be percentage of pergency for adenomyosis patient?

I got my CMV test done, igG and igM, where CMV IgG is 141 and CMV IgM is 5.66, can someone tell me what does it mean? Is my CMV IgG is positive, what does mean?

After completion of premoult doctor said that to start Meprate ..I'm so much worried about my baby that medicine effects on my baby through breast milk or not?

Hello Doctor, I am 27, married recently 8 months ago. My period flow has reduced since last year, it lasts only for 2 days or sometimes 3 days. Maximum flow is on first day and it reduces on second day. Is there anything to worry about or is it normal? Also till what age I can try to conceive as we are not planning it for next 3-4 years.
