Hi, i used to have PCOD problem. So make my cycle regular, i used to take Hempushpa ayurvedic syrup and cinnamon water daily. Then my periods are  on time. I got married in March 2020. Since then 12 th of every month my menstrual starts. But this July, i didn't get my period. Inspite of that i am feeling mild abdominal pain/cramps daily for some time. Please suggest me how do i proceed next.

I m 24 yr old ..i have irregular periods since long ..i had taken the doris pill for 1 year ..and due to lockdown i cant able to buy it for three months ...and i again suffer from irregular periods..so i started taking pills again ..as i started taking pills i have some bleeding within 10 days of taking pill..and got my periods 4 days before the cycle ..before these pills suits me well ..i dont have any irregular bleeding or any type of abdominal pain or nausia ..bt now a days i dont feel well after taking pill ...i feel heavy ,nausea,and a kind of pain in my abdomen ...i think these pills now not suiting me as i stop taking them for few months ... ..i started the second pack bt again i dont feel well ...bt i have to complete the pack ...just tell me should i stop taking pills from next month ....or its normal to have such symptoms during having pills ..i m little worried as i cant meet the doctor now a days ..

I had my IUI done on last Saturday and now I'm taking medicines for pcos, folic acid, vitamin e tablets ( orally)progesterone soft gelatin tablets ( vaginally) for three days I'm experiencing vomiting tendency in the morning . Is this because of progesterone tablets ???

3 years ago, i had 2 cysts in my ovaries, one in the left one 28mm, the other in the right one 42mm. I took contraceptives for 3 months and they were gone. There was a lot of pain and swelling in my lower abdomen but my periods were fine, hormones were normal. I again had pain after 6months, sever pain not like period cramps though my periods were fine, then again i had multiple cysts in both the ovaries, this time the left one was more swelled up and again i had swelling in lower abdomen. I took contraceptives for 3months and then started with homeopathy medicine as my gynec diagnosed me with PCOD and recommended homeopathy. My hormones, thyroid, sugar, all the reports normal. All the symptoms were there, weight gain and everything, they were controlled slowly but i never had normal periods till date after stopping the contraceptives. Now, i had sever pain again so,got ultrasound done in June and i have multiple cysts again, hormones thyroid sugar all tests normal. Is it PCOD or PCOS?

Have Covid positive, Present 7th month with gestational diabaties, liquid distarging from right breast, pain at right rib from 1month, What type of food I have to take morning, afternoon, evening, please suggest me
