Heavy bleeding white clots
I am 22 & having irregular periods (delay 7-13 days) since start and severe pain,  first time this year on 7th march i visited to gynecologist, after testing doc says that I am having thyroid and pcod (7.3 TSH3) and gave medicine including diane, Pan, vibaet. We also visited for follow up on May 7, and she repeated medicines. All were were going fine, except periods were 1-2 days earlier. But as soon medicines ended , prob has started again, pain was same as earlier and had to take meftal spas for first and second day, Also heavy blood clots again, which was stopped during medication. The problem got worsen this month, as it started on 10th aug & today till 16th its continuous, initially it was very less bleeding for 3 days, after that I was having black clots for 2 days, now from sixth day & today its white big clots. The size of clots is also big 3-4 cm. being Sunday and at village I am not able to visit doc today, but very much scared.  My doc is also not responding. Please suggest.

Your thyroid medication is not sufficient. You need to increase and titrations the dose according to TSH. Please get a repeat Serum TSH if 6 weeks have elapsed since last report.
