I feel I am on menopause
I am getting hot flush still getting periods inspite of taking premulat and pause. I have consulted doctor here online. You can check my prescription attachedI am 46 please let me know if there is any change of medicine . Attaching my prescription kindly guide me if there is any change in medicine to stop bleeding

Hi Ashmita. If you are still bleeding inspite of taking tab pimolut and tab pause regularly and on time. You may need to get further evaluation done...like local examination and pap smear,USG pelvis/Tvs, Some bood tests also...so get yourself checked by any gynaecologist nearby.

For hot flushes you need to take Menopro powder 2 spoons twice a day with milk Cholecalciferol sachet twice a week for 6 weeks

For periods you can increase the dose of pause to 2-2-2. Take Pause 500 two tablets three times a day till bleeding stops. Continue Primolut N 5 mg three times a day for a total of 21 days

Take a boiled egg daily If still no relief take Tablet Daflon 500 once a day for a month
