FSH is elevated. When the value is more than 40 then it indicates menopause.Since she is just 38 it's premature menopause.
Next Steps
Repeat FSH test again

Menopause is a comprehensive diagnosis based on the symptoms of the patient, clinical examination, a few blood tests. Please seek a proper consultation with a Gynaecologist in your area for the full assessment.

Please consult a gynaecologist in person or online to see what tests needed to be performed, and actually if she has attained premature menopause, or does she have any kind of issue that periods have not come, beacuse 38 is very early for menopause

Needs a repeat FSH after 4 weeks. If that’s also more than 25, you can consider this as Premature Menopause.
