Light pink spotting from past three days
Respected mam My wife did not get periods from past two months ,now from past three days she had noticed light pink  spotting,she thought that period going to commence but still not yet .just we want to know the reason mam why it's happening like this . We will be greatful if you could address us with reason Thank you mam

Do a urine pregnancy test, Thyroid, prolactin, sugar It may be  due to pregnancy or hormonal imbalance

Rule out pregnancy first. Do an early morning home urine pregnancy test. If it is negative, get S. TSH done. Review with reports

Do a pregnancy test with morning sample fasting urine

It could be pregnancy,  do a urine pregnancy test. If negative then hormonal imbalances may be there. Get her Thyroid profile,  S. Prolactin  and USG pelvis done...
