Light spotting on 9th day of cycle
I had my periods on 29th sep. From 1st October doctor prescribed me Estravian 2mg 9AM & 9PM. Period flow was normal. But 4th and 5th October I had light red spotting and discharge. Today that is on 7th October again I had light red spotting mixed with vaginal discharge. I have my embryo transfer on 17th October. I also had my USG on 6th October Where ET was 7.2 mm cd+. Is this normal having spotting?

Light spotting on estrogen tablets before a frozen transfer is common and usually not a cause for worry on its own. Estravian can cause occasional breakthrough spotting, and this doesn't affect your embryo transfer plan. Your lining at 7.2mm on day 6 still has about ten more days of estrogen to thicken further before the 17th.
Next Steps
Keep taking Estravian as prescribed and mention the spotting at your next scan, so your doctor can confirm the lining is on track before transfer.
Health Tips
See your fertility specialist sooner if the spotting turns into heavier bleeding, cramping, or fever.
