You had your last proper period on 1st October, then spotting again on 29th and 30th. This often happens when ovulation isn't regular. Your scan supports that, showing a large follicle in your left ovary with a polycystic pattern in both ovaries. Your blood count shows small, pale red cells (low MCV and MCH, high RDW) along with a mildly raised white cell and red cell count.
Next Steps
Please take both reports to your gynaecologist, so the scan can be matched to your cycle and your blood counts looked at more closely, such as with an iron study.
Health Tips
See a doctor sooner if the spotting turns heavier, you feel dizzy or very tired, or it carries on past your next expected period.
