Not getting periods
On and off the issue is coming..one month it is regular and next month  getting delayed.after taking tablets it is coming Then again it is normal and next month delaying... Now my due is 14 Dec but still not got my periods.. I m having copper t Pls suggest some food to make it regular

Hello dear user you should  go for ultrasound  of lower  abdomin to rule out pcod first and send me your report if positive  so I will tell you it's proper knowledge  and treatment

Cu T can cause irregular heavy periods
Next Steps
For regularly getting periods Dronis from day two of periods onwards every night for three weeks and then give a gap of seven days. Repeat for three cycles
