My regular periods came on 29th October but only spotting. Nothing else.
On 30th October, spotting continued.
Last Regular periods were on 01st October.
No history of this type.
I have a blood and USG test done yesterday.
I've reviewed your hormone and blood reports. Your pregnancy test, prolactin, FSH, LH and DHEAS are all normal, so this spotting isn't linked to a hormonal cause on this panel. Your blood count shows smaller than usual red cells, which often points to iron deficiency and is worth checking separately from the spotting.
Next Steps
Please share your ultrasound report with your gynaecologist along with these results, since that will show if there's a local cause for the spotting. Ask about checking your ferritin too.
Health Tips
See your gynaecologist sooner if the spotting turns into heavier bleeding, or if you get pain or fever.
