Spotting twice a month

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I have a period cycle of 28 days. Last month I got my periods on 16th March and ended on 20th March. However, this month I got spotting which started on 6th April and ended on 10th April. Now I have got spotting once again on 19th April which was actually supposed to be my periods date. I did pregnancy test at home on 18th and 19th April which came out negative. I am scared. Please help.
