My periods are timely within 28 days. But this time in between 2 periods I got in between one more period if 7 continuous days. With similar heavy flow of bleeding. There has been no such changes in my regular lifestyle apart from gym joined just 6 days back. But, the 2 cycles have already happened within 10 days of time span.Today is the 3rd cycle
