First do a urine pregnancy test today using the morning sample, even if pregnancy seems unlikely. After a 5-day Meprate course, withdrawal bleeding commonly occurs within a few days, but timing can vary; six days without bleeding needs review rather than repeating tablets. If the test is positive, or you have severe one-sided pain, dizziness or fainting, seek urgent care. If negative, a gynaecologist may need examination, ultrasound and thyroid/prolactin tests as indicated. Book a Practo consultation for the next step.
Next Steps
Repeat the pregnancy test in 48–72 hours if negative and there is still no bleeding, and arrange a gynaecology review; do not self-repeat Meprate.

Finishing that hormone course without your period starting means it needs a second look from your doctor, not another round on your own.
Next Steps
Book a follow-up with whoever prescribed it to check your hormone levels, and take a home pregnancy test in the meantime.
Health Tips
Please don't repeat the course yourself. A missed cycle this way needs proper evaluation, not repeat dosing.
