I have subclinical hypothyroidism, taking homeopathic medicine for it. And I have anxiety problems too.
I had my last period 50 days ago, before that my last 4 cycles are all 58 days long. Ever since I started my periods at age 12 I've had irregular periods and between 37 - 46 days long. But recently my last 4 cycles have been nearing the 60 day mark. I'm stressing over this, could this be endometriosis? PCOS? I dont have other health problems than hypothyroidism and anxiety, or that I know of. Never been checked for PCOS either.

No one knows the side effects of Homeopathic medicines. And Homeopathy Doctors always claim that there are no side effects.
I suggest you should stop Homeopathic medicines, consult a qualified Gynaecologist for irregular periods. PCOS is a strong possibility.
If you stop Homeopathic medicines you should start allopathic medicine for Hypothyroidism (after a proper diagnosis).
