Pink spoting
My period was 3 days late, and now I’m experiencing  little pinkish spotting instead of normal menstrual bleeding. I’m also having mild cramps. I was sexually active 15 days ago, but we used protection. Is this normal period bleeding, or could it be a sign of pregnancy?

Do pregnancy test if you have missed your period date.

Light pink spotting with a delayed period and mild cramps usually means either a late period starting lightly or implantation spotting from an early pregnancy. Protection lowers the chance of pregnancy a lot but doesn't rule it out completely.
Next Steps
Take a home urine pregnancy test now. A negative result this early can still be wrong, so repeat it after a few more days if your period hasn't properly started. See a gynaecologist if the spotting continues or a clear period never follows.
Health Tips
Go in sooner if the cramps turn severe, you feel dizzy or faint, or pain settles on one side, since that needs ruling out an ectopic pregnancy.
