Period late by 3 days- sudden spotting
Hello All, I am a married woman ageing 35now trying fir baby from last 4yrs. Periods have been regular inspite of hypothyroidism issues. Past 6 month's regular periods but this month late by 3days with no pms symptoms like sore/tender breasts, cramps, lower abdomen/back pain. All of a sudden 4th day I see some spotting that too only after peeing & wiping it off with tissue paper. Used sanitary pads but no blood on it. When wiping can only see little blood with lot of clear white discharge. Still no pms symptoms which I usually get before one week of due date. Plz suggest what should I do? Am I pregnant or is there any issues with my period cycle? Spotting blood is light red in color n with clear discharge. No flow nothing.

A delay of up to 7 days is considered normal this looks like your normal periods wait for a few days for a full flow of bleeding If still no periods go for a blood test bhcg
