I have pcos, with my doctor's advice I underwent follicular study. Doctor gave me hcg 5000 injection for egg rupture on day 13.follicle size was 22mm and ET 10mm at that time. I took scan on 16th day(2 days after injection) .To check egg rupture. In report it was mentioned as In pod 3 plus symbol features S/O of ovulation. And in left ovary it was mentioned as irregular cyst internal echoes and septation. What does it mean. Doctors kindly pls explain. My gynaecologist is on leave
