I have some kind of pimples on my face
Hello .. I am female and only 21 years old ... I have pcos from last one year and my thyroid was high in march and normal in june TSH. I have some kind of pimples on my face specially on cheeks to chin and forehead and my eyebrows hairs are also lost . My gyno told to reduce weight as I am not taking any pcos tablet and thyroid tablets.. I have tried to reduce weight from last one year .. I tried all diets and work outs .. still I gained from 80 to 92. Can anyone help with weightloss and acne... And one more issue is that I have a very bad hair loss and little dandraff . Kindly help

Loosing wt is not that easy U should have a strong determination Keep a goal of at least 2lbs at less in a month U can do skipping  at home which will burn ur calories U can start Tab.glycomet dose varies with weight Which will reduce ur wt and pcos also
