Hai doctor. Iam trying to conceive from some time and under medication And my periods are nearly by ( due is around May10th )so can I eat mangoes now Is it safe ? Or it gives early periods Please please reply

In an utra sound scan report there is mild endometrial collection noted.. What does it mean? Is it endometriosis? Scan was done on May 4th and my last period date was April 28th
