What is the difference between aerobic vaginitis and bacterial vaginitis? Do both have same symptoms?

Hi..today i went for a scan at 31 weeks and my fetal ac shows 252mm..is it normal and y it is less than gestina age...another one is afi at 7.9 is it ok at31 weeks.hw should i increase bth of them ..plese help me with ur suggestions..as iam worried about both..attached is scan report plz check nd help me..dctr gave me l.argine sachets 2times a day will itmake increase in afi ..hw abt abdominal circumference

Approximately 40 x 35mm sized cyst with internal echoes is noted in the right ovary. Mild free fluid in pouch of douglas. This shows in my sonography report. Is it something to worry about? (Periods date: 14th)
