My wife aged 31 years is suffering from Endometriosis and cyst of size 11.7cm in left ovary. She got operated a year ago to get the cyst removed but it reoccurred just in 4-5months after surgery and now the size has also increased. We are still to have baby. What should we do now.

My prolactin test shows pus cell of 18-20 whereas urine culture report states no growth/sterile after 24 hours of aerobic incubation. I am experiencing UTI for years. I would also like to know if UTIs can block our tubes or not as I am trying to conceive?

I'm 33 week 2 days primi gravida with dadc twins with one twin IUFD. I have been asked for weekly Doppler and 15days growth scan. Yesterday I did a growth scan and have found low MCA PI and CPR. My Gynecologist suggested for delivery. Can we not push this at least for weeks?? I have attached the reports. Growth scan done at 33 week 2 days

Hello today doctor recommend me zyhmg hp 150 mg and after taking this injunction i had nausea, headache all the day. So my question is, may i take Vertin 16 Tab for Nausea. Will it good? Is there any bad interaction? Or is there any other medicine for nausea should i take? I can't be able to do anything because of nausea.

Hello, I've been diagnosed with >20 epithelil cells, so dr suggested a sonography because I've a history of stone. In sonography, the result says Bilateral renal gravels / calculi. Right ovarian hemorrhagic cyst. May I know if there is something to worry about? Few (2-3) gravels / calculi are noted in the right kidney, largest measuring 2.7mm in middle calyx of right kidney and 3.4mm in middle calyx of left kidney.

I am having periods twice a month with 10 day gap..i have started medication of sysron ncr 10 tab  July 2021 previously for one month after discussing se problem with gynaecologist and i am doing fine after that until last month but the problem started again this month..i dont know whether birth control pills (I-pill) is the reason which i took twice last month. I use I- pill once in a month from many years..is it the reason of all this?

Frequent urine pass out and some sensation and itching. Got fever twice. It's been 5-6 days now. Wanted to know if it's UTI ? And medical treatment for the same.
