In the arm pit also there is part of the breast tissue which is known as Axillary tail. It has become bigger due to lactation. It is normal and no treatment is required.

No its the milk glands only , it will resolve..avoid keep ur arm over head.. apply warm wet compression over that area.. gently massage that area to help release the clog before breat feeding.
