  4. Breast lump. Should i be concerned?

I am 13 years old and noticed lumps in my breast few weeks ago and today I noticed it in my armpit also it is small iny armpit but the breast lump is big and is not so hard and I got my breast lump checked by doctor she said it's normal tissue and the lump in my breast is big and I have a little discharge when I shower it doesn't come out just looks white on the nipple should I be concerned

Get done serum prolactin and mammogram to rule out the exact pathology of breast.Slight discharge from nipple usually due to high prolactin.Lump in this age group mostly fibroadenoma.
