Hi I get my periods till 10 days actually my period will start on 3rd or 4th day only,till then nothing is seen. So I'm getting lengthy and heavy periods for other 5 days. Each day it takes 6 _9 pads.so pls suggest for its regular n easy periods of 5 days. Thanks

I'm having bilateral polycystic ovarian syndrome ,there no periods since 6 to 7 months ... yesterday nly. Spotting period was there.....so in practo one of doctor has advised to take oc pills (how to take that and when to start ) .. Doctor has given metital tablets for 3 months I'm taking that can I continue that tablet also ...pls suggest

Hii I wanted to ask that my periods got over on 21st April (18-21) and yesterday I experienced spotting on the day egg got released. (I use clue App to track my periods, and it showed 5th May as the day egg got released). I also experienced back pain and slight pain in my lower abdomen. I just want to know is it normal? Also, I'm thinking of getting HPV vaccine, so will it be effective if I get it now?
