I take 2 cabliz 0.5 mg in between 2 days gape is it overdose and effect on me please let me know it is not good for me

I am using Novelon as a contraceptive birth control pill and this is my first month of use. Yesterday night, I got food poisoning right after taking the pill and vomited after 2.5 hours of taking the pill. Since I was worried that the pill may not be absorbed I took another pill next morning and another at night next day. (Two in one day) Is that okay, and how do I complete the 21 day pack since I have taken two in one day, and how do I move on to the next pack. Also will the pill's effectiveness be compromised?

My follicle study going on. Egg  yesterday size 21×17mm. 19mm follicle, Endometrium 9.8mm. HCG 5k given at 6pm yesterday. Yesterday morning we planned for baby. Today unfortunately cannot plan.
