Exercise when on fertility treatment
I am currently trying to conceive. Suffering from pcod and hypothyroidism. While taking fertility treatment can we do weight lifting and abs exercise.

Yes you can do all these exercise until you conceive. Avoid heavy exercise during pregnancy.
