I have PCOD since 2020. I was on Metital since then. I am getting regular periods since I am using it. How long can I take that medicine? Will it effects my period regularity if I stop taking it? Will I get natural periods if I stop using Metital???

Pls stop it....it's not solution u are taking already for 2yrs now..... exercise regularly atleast a walk for 30min daily

Maintain menstrual diary to check whether you are getting regular menses or not.
Do exercises and yoga.
Eat healthy diet.
