Metital is a good medication to restore normal periods for PCOD but it may take upto 3 -6 months for correction of PCOD depending on the severity of PCOD

Take PCOD diet in addition to Metital
Take bittergourd and amla and jamuns daily
Take a spoon of methi seeds soak up in water over night and take next morning
Take wheat based diabetes diet
Take plenty of onions and garlic and tomatoes
Reduce oil
Avoid non-veg and egg yellow
Take fish and egg white
Brisk walking three times a week for 30 minutes
Loosing 5-10 percent of weight in 3-6 months will cure PCOD in 75 percent of cases
