Pregnancy and Infertility

For past two months I am getting periods delay by 10 days, I am unmarried, and this is only for past two months, I attached my blood test below

Dr has suggested to do anamoly scan but currently m in small city. My dr has told me that it will take 30-45 mins for scan but in my city the radiologist are saying that it will take only 5-7 mins. Pls suggest is it possible to do anamoly scan in 5-7 mins

I took meperate to delay my periods on 24th of November, i am still on that medication but i spotted light bleeding today, is there anything to worry about? Should I consider this as normal periods or just spotting

I have been in the need of doctor with whom I can talk freely about my health and learn more about staying healthy. The doctors that I have met were rigid and made it uncomfortable to ask further questions. My pcos has taken a toll, the symptoms have worsened. I eat a meal and I get exhausted, I've been trying so hard to change myself lifestyle, I've started including more of vitamins and omega 3 in my diet and yet I don't see any change. My lower belly hurts whenever there's some pressure applied on it. And to exercise, by the time I'm home from work, I am extremely tired to do any normal activities. It would be great if I get sit with a doctor who is willing to be patient and explain all of it.
