I have repeated double marker.. initially at 11 weeks it was 0.5 IU/ml and 0.36 MOM Now 1.4 IU/ml and 0.41 MOM.. Please check test reports and suggest correctly..

Been a patient of pcos since 12 years ..while I was 18 it started although I lost weight and it became normal ... but it came back again 5 years back and now it's troubling me as I have gained lot of weight around 15 kg ... which although I try am not able to reduce .. my periods are rarely abnormal but since a week or two have been feeling lower abdominal and back pain .. kinglet guide doctors ...especially during sleep

I am using Endobreak tablet for endometriosis from lst 3 months. From last two wreks I am having a vomiting tendency and dizziness with lots of hair fall and pimples. Also loosing temper suddenly! Are these the side effects of Endobreak? Can side effects happens after 2/3 months? Please help doctors!

Hello doctor,I am lactating mother for past one week I was having some itching sensation in my private part near the opening and my morning first urine smells mildly as milk.i got my periods now.but rest of the day urine is normal.i am worried.please help.

During level 2 scan on 18 week 4d, there was a note echogenic focus in left ventricle. All other parameters/markers are normal. NT scan at 12w1d was normal(1:2113), Dual marker scan was moderate risk(1:253) and NIPT was negative (low risk). Can 'echogenic focus in left ventricle' lead to increased trisomy21 risk or any other possible issue. Pls suggest in case we need further evaluation for trisomy 21.
