Pregnancy and Infertility

I am a 26 year old female. Due to irregularities in my period , I was advised to undergo usg. According to the report, my right ovary is having a cyst (measuring 4cm*2.56 cm) left ovary is 3.37 cm *1.75 cm . Endometrium is thickened(1.26 cm) . A subserous fibroid (measures 4.50 cm*3.89cm) is noted in left lateral wall of uterus. Its a bulky uterus with thickened endometrium. My humble request if anybody kindly can tell me if I am having pcos or something else serious and accordingly depending on the suggestions I should book for a consultation with the respective. My periods is delayed by 12 days, The ultrasound scan was done and the doctor found no pcod and let me wait for the period. But still it hasn't come and our family doctor suggested Norgest, 2 tablets daily for five days. 2 tablets is over. When to expect my periods?

It's been 45 days since delivery bleeding stopped by 30 days but till today have mild spotting like watery pinky or brown discharge. Is it normal ? When it will stop completely ?

I have one year baby as of now I am not taking any supplements. I have pain in my hands and foot palms... Mostly when I wakes up in the morning. I feel very tired throughout the day. I had taken supplement  supracal hd post one month of delivery and then stopped it. Now please guide me to get rid of all this tiredness.. Bones pain and footpain.

Hello Doctors, Please help me, I have given double maker test at exact 11 weeks as per my LMP.. results am attaching.. And NT at 13.4 weeks as per my LMP.. All values are accurate except Papp- A value.. which is o.36MOM NT 1.2mm.. My doctor suggested NIPT test. But that test is very expensive which I can't afford.. Could plz suggest what to do next.. Shall I repeat Double maker again because from first My LMP and as per scan date is differing with minimum of 3 days..
