Pregnancy and Infertility

I have 17mm×12mm posterior fibroid located at the back of the uterus, will it stops period? Because I have not got actual period like flow since 2 months, instead brown mucus type discharge is there with some red blood spotting.

I just want to know one thing.. Is it possible like I'm in my 4th month and told about low lying placenta.. Is it possible to have light bleeding on and off and still have healthy baby like does low lying placenta result in miscarriage? Or its only implication is c section or pre term baby?

We are trying for a child and my wife previous period date was on 22 oct 2022 she has a normal cycle of 28 or 30 days but on 32 nd day which was on 22 nov 2022 my wife has cramping in lower abdomen similar to menstruation but her period did not come today is 25 nov 2022 can u plz help me should I go fr test or wait fr some more days thank you.

I have repeated double marker.. initially at 11 weeks it was 0.5 IU/ml and 0.36 MOM Now 1.4 IU/ml and 0.41 MOM.. Please check test reports and suggest correctly..

I am using Endobreak tablet for endometriosis from lst 3 months. From last two wreks I am having a vomiting tendency and dizziness with lots of hair fall and pimples. Also loosing temper suddenly! Are these the side effects of Endobreak? Can side effects happens after 2/3 months? Please help doctors!
