Last period I got on 7th October. Since then the entire month was a little stressful, had some over excercise as well and was down with high fever for 4-5 days ranging from 102° Today it's 29th of November and didn't get my period What could be the reason

Hi, my wife is breastfeeding our 2nd kid who is 9.5 months old. For the last 1 month she is getting pain around the breasts, mostly left side, pain in upper abdomen and left back. Also, she is frequently getting numbness in hands. She is having pain in jaw and left side neck. Goosebumps are felt in only side at any time. She is breastfeeding our kid around 10 times per day. Is this normal for breastfeeding mother or is it something related to cardio or anything else.
