I had my periods from 14th to 18 Nov , i took a contraceptive pill (Unwanted 72) on 18th and again my periods started on 24th . What could be the reason

I have 33days cycle from last 3months. Today is my 38 day of menstrual cycle. Last week I noticed white discharge and have symptoms like gas,too much burping, acidity and the lower abdomen is bloated. I did upt it came negative. What should I do? Is it possible to have hcg in blood and in urine it takes time to be detected?

I have undergone c section 20 days before. Can I use placentrex gel while breastfeeding? Please guide. Thank you.

I am a 26 year old female. Due to irregularities in my period , I was advised to undergo usg. According to the report, my right ovary is having a cyst (measuring 4cm*2.56 cm) left ovary is 3.37 cm *1.75 cm . Endometrium is thickened(1.26 cm) . A subserous fibroid (measures 4.50 cm*3.89cm) is noted in left lateral wall of uterus. Its a bulky uterus with thickened endometrium. My humble request if anybody kindly can tell me if I am having pcos or something else serious and accordingly depending on the suggestions I should book for a consultation with the respective. My periods is delayed by 12 days, The ultrasound scan was done and the doctor found no pcod and let me wait for the period. But still it hasn't come and our family doctor suggested Norgest, 2 tablets daily for five days. 2 tablets is over. When to expect my periods?
