I have taken methotrexate on 16.01.2023, since sac was not found even after my hcg was 5000. When can i expect my periods

You took medicine without any guidance? As if hcg is high and no sac then u must not take any pill for termination .

Connect please. After methotrexate getting periods is not important but decreasing values of HCG is more important. U can have bleeding or spotting after methotrexate but it doesn't means it's period or u have aborted as pregnancy is outside the uterus. Needs detailed discussion about what precautions u should take after methotrexate
