My mother(54, Diabetic) did a urine test. Her Urinary Microalbumin is 85.7 and Albumin Creatinine Ratio is 136.4 and her eGFR is 72. We are scared as hell.

I have got foamy urine since last 45 days. Earlier my sugar was 360 Before one month my fasting sugar was  205.There after I have taken the following medicine Glycomet trio (2/.3) before breakfast Tab glucreta sm 500 once before lunch. After taking one month above medicine my blood  reports are Fasting 90 Pp115 Urea 20 Creatine1. 1 My UACR report is normal.

Hello Doctor, I am took monthly maintenance d3 dose 60k , but its not suite for me getting back pain and body pain , then I took 1000 iu as daily yesterday my body pain and back pain some what reduce , I am not sure why I am nor able to talarate and wait for month completion qnd after took 1000 iu some what reduced pain , is issue with kidney ? My last month altrqsound kub is fine only issue is protine and creatine ratio is 2.30 it should be 2 , value is 46 and it should be less than 30 , so is it safe to take d3 one daily basis ...After taking I got week muscle and back after some time so what could be the reason , I am afraid any issue will cause kidney damage ...

I was on intermittent fasting in February, I ate only one time a day. In March I wasn't feeling well so consulted the doctor, he asked me to do certain blood tests. In these tests I found that I have Vitamin D deficiency with value of 5.3 only so I was asked to take Neuro D3 once a week for the next 18 weeks. Also, I have high uric acid with value 7.3 so I visited a nephrologist and he asked me to consume Febuxostat Tablet(Febutaz 40) for 15 days. I was worried seeing the side affects of Febutaz tablet, I wanted to know if it is safe to take it for 15 days Also, I am a vegetarian and following a healthy diet and exercising regularly after knowing that my uric acid was high

Hello doctor , I was recently started on Losar 50 mg twice a day for hypertension. But my latest blood reports suggest 10% increase in creatinine. Does losartan tablets causes temporary increase in creatinine ?

Sir 15 days back I got fever and lungs infection..I test all blood test c protein reactive is 19 serum creatinine is 1.41 lab values 0.7 to 1.4 sir hemoglobin is 15.5. Rbc .5.3 .wbc.11500 .sir electrolytes all normal range ..sp02 99.but why my creatinine raised sir ...before my creatinine was 1 .only sir .please advise sir
