It's not the absolute value of creatinine which matters. 4 creatinine in a 30 yrs old and 60kgs is different than 4 creatinine in a 70yrs old 50kgs or vice versa. Also the other parameters and ur general health also matters. Pls enclose all the reports for better assessment or visit a nearby nephrologist at the earliest
