I go to Government Hospital, I have ADHD I tried Methylphenidate not working, Atomoxetine caused Urine retention ,Now Only remained Guanfacine. I will ask My dr to prescribe Guanfacine but is it available in india?where can I find Guanfacine? Please help me to know,my exams are coming

I go to Government hospital psychiatrist, I have ADHD, I tried Methylphenidate Didn't work and Atomoxetine caused Urine retention, now I wanna try Guanfacine . if Guanfacine available in india, especially in mumbai, so I will ask my dr to prescribe Guanfacine. But I searched a lot,I Didn't find Guanfacine anywhere. It shows I need to import ,import is the only option. Where can I find Guanfacine in Mumbai? Is it available in Mumbai? Available or need to import?

Hello Doctor, I took rabies booster dose 15 days before. Now on 3rd aprl 26 i ate cat contaminated food. I took vaccine on 4th aprl 26. I told them to give booster dose. I lost my last prescription so they gave me full course. Today i took day 0 on both deltoids intradermal. Is there any nagative impact i took full course instead of booster. Should i take only 0,3 now and stop!! As for booster the quantity is only .1ml but in normal its .2ml in day 0. So extra vaccine cause any issue ?? Please reply doctor. Also how much risk to consume cat contaminated food? I have cut in mouth.

I dont know how but i have developed a habit of not sleeping till 4-5 am my whole routine is messed up pls suggest me some medicine or some sort of guidance to sleep early and wakeup early even if i have sleep in my eyes i will still not sleep till 4-5 am pls help me currently i am taking nexito 15 mg in morning

Iam a medical student itself, I Don't how but I developed Anxiety from last few months after entering Medical College Everytime I see cadaver or perform Practicals near Professor Dr's my HR automatically goes up I start trembling I went to an Internal Medicine doctor to rule out other causes Ecg,Echo,TFT,CBC,Hb1Ac,PP glucose Vitals are normal I also have anticipatory Anxiety too but these are all short term I live alone But While Iam with some companion or my parents I Don't feel these symptoms at all! After these incidents I developed a habit of checking my vitals again and again Don't know why Please kindly suggest This is affecting my mental health badly 🙏

I have been digenose with anxiety and panic attacks in 2024 then I go to a doctor he gives me medicine for one year I feel good after I quit medicine I feel agai symptoms then again I goes to her he gave medicine. Again for one year then I have some work i can't again go to him and I take one day gap for panoxil ls myself other wise doctor advice me daily unless I tell you to quit. It now from past three weeks i feel again symptoms what should I do now

I had anxiety since I was 15, but after 6 months of medication I feel better, I want to change, but I do nothing all day, don't study at all, just procrastinate all day long, I am worried if things go like this what would happen in future, it's weird now I can't believe in anything I believed so much in God prior but now I can't believe in him too, I wake up lake, eat junk, don't study, sleep too much, don't have any hobby, I want to change what can I do , plz help me!!🙏🙏🙏
