My brother is suffering from all symptoms of brain fogging, hand Shivering, Confused all times, Not able to focus, Mood swings, Always feeling fear, A bit of confusion while walking/talking, Not feeling strength in body, weight Loss, Constipatin Below Test results: ULTRASOUND - Both kidneys are show evidence of increased cortical echogenicity with however CM differentiation is maintained. No evidence of calculus / hydronephrosis. OPINION-FINDINGS ARE CONSISTENT WITH B/L INCREASED RENAL CORTICAL ECHOGENICITY AS DESCRIBED ABOVE ADVICE - RFT TO RULED OUT ANY POSSIBILITY OF RENAL PARENCHYMAL DISEASE On Full Body checkups: Vitamin B12 Almost Double as per normal range. I am 31 years old male now. Since childhood,(may be age of 3 or 4years)I have over active urinary bladder , with pain in the bladder whenever urge comes with urine leakage and also a problem of Irritable bowel syndrome constipation alternate with diarrhoea and also tendency of anal fissure. I consult many psychiatrist but, can't continue treatment. Taking their prescribed medications from the very first dose I feel severe stomach bloating, headache and complete loss of appetite and severe hard stool. Why this is happening??

Hello I am on 1. sertraline 100mg(1-0-1) 2.buspirone 10mg (1-0-1) 3. Aripiprazole 2 mg (0-0-1) 4.propranolol 40mg (1-0-0) 5.atomoxitine 25mg (1-0-0) I have 60-70% improvement in past 3months so I consulted another doctor He prescribed 1. sertraline 100mg(1-0-1) 2.buspirone 10mg (1-1-1) 3.qutiapine 25mg (0-0-1) 4. Bupropion xl 150mg (1-0-0) 5.propranolol 40mg (1-0-0) Is this correct combination or something should be modified? I am thinking to reduce the dose of sertraline to 150mg and buspirone (1-0-1) . Should I reduce or not.

Hi. I am having ocd from one year. Doctor I consulted recently have given me uvox cr 100, ristab ls and clonazepam 0.5 mg. Is there any order of taking the tabs. Sometimes I take uvox cr first and sometimes I take clonazepam first. Is there any order to maintain?

I am 36 years old...I am right now on medications like franxit...altonil plus 5mg..nexito 10mg...after continuing these meds for nearly two months i was quite stable..not that m feeling very happy but stable ..but from last two days..again feeling very depressed...feeling like dying...why is this happening when I m still on medication..pls reply
