Hi,
I am feeling depressed last days due to some office related missed opportunity. I can't overcome on this. After every thought I am re encountering this in mind. There was an Europe opportunity I missed due to some family issues and some one else is going there.

Off late I have been having a lot of arguments with my husband over small issues. But the main problem is that I am not able to handle these fights and end up in depression and sleep issue. Not just this sometimes I even think of running away somewhere to escape all this or even ending my life. Pls help.

Beating sensation

Fear in heart
