Im a foreigner here and have no family and friends....I have many problems and I'm always sick and weak and have no appetite I'm lonely, broke and have no one to talk to about my issue. I don't know where to go and what to do Please help

Hello, Please seek professional help to learn to cope with your present predicament. sometimes , just attending regular sessions just to share your troubles is therapeutic.
