I doubt I'm suffering from depression.
Loosing interests in friends (though I have only a few), family and all ambitions.
Always feeling lonely and sad and sometimes suicidal.
Short tempered, get irritated easily.
Reluctant to concentrate on studies or work.
Can't get over my Ex.
Feels like I will give up whenever I try to start anything new.
Feels like I have done/achieved nothing in my life.
Feels like I'm a disppointment to my family.
Always feel tired.
Feels like I should run away from everything.
Don't know what to do next.

Hello,
Definitely your symptoms are pointing towards depression. I also understand that you have been doing a bit of online research regarding your symptoms. And you also seem to understand your problem clearly.
Depression is treatable.
all you need to do is to consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation. after that, depending on your general medical state, your symptom profile, your lifestyle, your stressors and your current situation, the doctor can treat you with medicines or psychological therapies or a combination of both... depending on what suits you
