Unable to focus

I am unable to make plans, stick with it and focus on anything for longer than a few minutes. Is it because I have adhd? Whenever I try to focus I bite my nails or shake my legs or some other fidgeting. I am unable to realize any of my dreams and passions because of it. I try hard but I can't Please help

Hello Doctor, My thinking capacity is very less.. People tell me I budhu. I'm fit for nothing. S actually its true. I get scared for everything. I get nervous and start shivering if I see together 4 people. Even if I know about something I'm not able to tell boldly.
