Few weeks back I saw some love messages on my mother's social networking account with a guy. When I went to talk to my mother, she starts charging and abusing me. I am in a mental dilema, I can't even say this to anyone as its a confidential matter, I am getting irritated at my own,give me some advice.

It certainly is troublesome. You have two issues at hand firstly, concerns about your mother and secondly your own health. For the first, understand that she is old enough to understand the implications of what she is doing but you will have to decide your actions onbyour own. For yourself, meet a psychologist and share your concerns.
