Dear Sir I am a college going student,For last few years i feel excessively sleepy during the datytime and remain awaken in the night,I try a lot to sleep at night but of no avail.Is this some sort of sleeping disorder??What possibly could be the reason??Do i need any medications??Kindly help. Thankyou.

My relative says she saw the persons from her x-office to chase her and keep watch on her and get disturbed unnecessarily. Even she thinks that those persons are coming and staying at out nabour's house or she says she saw the vehicle no that Chase her to keep watch. She is not ready to go to counselling. please help

I will get dreams everyday some times dreams are very scary at the time i woke up i feel very restless and tired and i feel that i have not slept yet, i have this problem right from my childhood and when my father expired i was at a age of 23 this dreams problem drastically increased most of the times my dad use to come in my dreams i use to cry in dreams later gradually it decreased but still i hav this problem every day dreams even during day time at lunch hours if sleep i will get dreams because of this i feel so restless kindly help me out please i never consulted a doctor regrding this problem.

WE notice some change in her day to day behaviour. She has taken to stealing from home. She is behaving erratic and speaks lies of any kind she feels good. Has developed a craving for mobile phone.

I am taking treatment by a doctor, the doctor suggested me some tablates, some time I didn't take tablates, I feel sudden depress, when I sleep I get bad dream's, but how long I should take this tablates, & when I am working I feel alone, Sade, & badly, so please help me.

I am married for 9 years. Of late( from last 5-6 years) I am unable to understand my wife's behaviour, always tries to keep me on ledge and I am always afraid of me being doing some mistakes which may go wrong with her. She is extremely narcissistic and has almost cut herself from all of my family member. She will be in either of one state a) STATE A - Almost for 20 days she will be in grieving mood and tries to dent the marriage as much as she can. Always complaining and suspicious about almost all of my behaviour. Even not picking her phone makes her angry for a week. b) STATE B - For remaining 10 days she feels one of the best person in the world , all the suggestions appears very mature and sensible. I always believed that things can be sorted out by mutual understanding and talk, but when she is in STATE - A, she behaves very kiddish and denounce any good suggestion. I wanted to meet a doctor however I am not sure which doctor I should meet a psychiatrist or psychologist.

Hey I am 25 years old and always remain sad. I have got a lot of things to celebrate but I always believe that I should have got more. This constant thought & guilt keeps me sad all time. From last 6 months I have become short tempered,eat and sleep a lot,lost focus and interest in almost everything.Am I depressed?

Hi. I m just 22 and I tend to forget things nowadays. I forget things which has been told me few minutes before...I try to recall...but I don't remember certain things...its affecting my job..plz help.

My father suffered from slight BP issue a couple of days ago and again on the second day. He is doing fine after consulting few doctors and taking some medications, however, he seems to be troubled from this trauma and first time ever, he didn’t had a sleep the whole night. I think he's not able to outthink this and feeling insecure about it which seems to be the main problem. Please help.
