Anger is a usual human emotion and it is universal in presence. However excess anger and wayward/ excess expression of anger is an issue which needs to be dealt with. Since you report that your fiancée has excess anger, and apparently has anger management issues, which tend to be exacerbated in ore menstural phase, I would suggest some anger management techniques for her. In case of excessive anger she can 1. Leave the scene of anger temporarily and take a time out 2. Drinking a glass of cold water and counting from one to hundred at time of agitation tends to calm down a person 3. Making a lost of events/ triggers which make a person angry and analysing them at calmer moments will help a person control anger better. 4. For the common situations that exacerbate anger, alternative emotional and behavioral responses can be thought of and rehearsed. 5. Such an exercise may be done by a person in front of mirror to facilitate such behaviors in real life scenarios. 6. Deep breathing/ exercise/ meditation and other relaxation techniques can be practiced for better emotional control. 7. Kick boxing/ punching bag etc as vents of physical energy can facilitate better emotion control. 8. Taking some time in a anger provoking scenario before responding will help. However the first step to control of anger is self recognition of a problem, if your fiancée believes that her anger is a problem then only will behaviors to such effect be undertaken by her. In case you require further help please visit a psychiatrist or psychologist near you. Hope this helps you..
