I alwys get afraid of everythng im overthnk i thnk over one thng again and again so cnt concentrate on other important tasks what shud i do to remove such attitude

Hello, Recognize when fears become overwhelming. It’s normal to have fears. Acknowledge your specific fears. Understand the triggers for your fear, Imagine the outcome you desire. Learn relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation . Try deep breathing exercises. Focus on your breath, and start counting each breath: four seconds inhale, then four seconds exhale. It's a long process ,not get away in one day ,you must be persistent .
