Hi am 25 year old i have problem in my speech i cannot pronounce any word which dominates "R" for example if i say ghar(house) it sounds like ghad please help me can it be improved with some speech therapy please reply am going in lot of embarrassed by it please reply.

I am a well to do independent girl undergoing serious depression coz of personal life n not able to concentrate on anything. I might end up foing something stupid. I need help

From last few months my mother is suffering from sleep terror. My mom start crying while sleeping and when we wake her up she become normol. This is happening from last few months and happen after every 10 -20 days. Please help what to do and whome to consult.

I'm getting lower back pain in mid night. Which is not allowing me to sleep for some time till I change my sleeping position.

Everything is normal.Schizophrenia diagnosed before 5 years and now on solian 50 mg tablets. Is there low dosage than this?Just to get an idea how long it need to be taken ?Is the Happy and Active mood is due to tablets?how to balance mind after it has been stopped.doctor has told very soon she can stop it.but when??

My husband blames my parental side people every time & uses abusive language. Its been 13 years we married. But still it is increasing. Now a days i am scared to stay with him. I feel tensed to go home. I fear, today what situation i have to face at home. He needs financial support from my parental side, which is not possible. I was used to talk loudly earlier. but since last 3 years i keep quite because my children shouldnt disturb because of this issue. i am also working & he is also working. Still their parents help us financially. My mother & brother also gave 3 Lakhs last year. But he is asking for 15L which is not possible. With this reason he always gets this topic & starts scolding them. Many times i adjusted my self not to take divorce. Because i know the situations if father is not there. I lost my father when i was 5 years. I want my family. But i dont want his words. If he tell some thing bad i shoudnt take his words.. what should i do. please suggest.

Addicted to net ,smart phones, not going to school, bath for days , eating , sleeping when phone laptop taken away gets aggressive abusive . would be nice if we get help in salt lake
